Avenida das Toninhas, where our apartment is located, is one of the main streets in the neighborhood, offering great connectivity to both downtown Ubatuba (just 5 km away) and other nearby beaches along the north and south coasts.

# About the beach:

Praia das Toninhas offers two different beach experiences in one place:

- On the right side, the water is typically calm, perfect for families with small children, swimming, or simply relaxing by the sea.

- On the left side, you’ll find stronger waves, making it a favorite for surfers and water sports lovers.

# Everything within walking distance:

From the apartment, you can easily get around on foot. The neighborhood offers:

- Bakeries and small grocery stores for daily needs;

- Beachfront restaurants and kiosks serving snacks, seafood, and cold drinks;

- Pharmacies and local shops that make your stay practical and self-sufficient.

How to get to the property: Our apartment is located at Rua Salame, 170 - Praia das Toninhas - Ubatuba/SP, in a very accessible area for guests arriving either from downtown Ubatuba or via the Rio-Santos Highway (BR-101), which runs along the entire coastline. # If you’re driving, the route is easy and well-marked. Simply follow the BR-101 and take the exit for Praia das Toninhas (there are signs). The condo is just a few meters from the main beach entrance, located on one of the neighborhood’s best-known avenues. # Arriving by bus or public transport: The Ubatuba Bus Terminal (Rodoviária) is located about 7 km from the property, offering regular routes from several cities in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
From the terminal, you can: - Take a taxi or rideshare service (such as Uber or 99) — the trip takes around 10 to 15 minutes; - Or use the local public bus, which has routes passing through our location. The nearest bus stop is just a short walk from the building. Bus lines and schedules may vary, but this is a good option for travelers packing light and looking to save. # On-site parking: Yes! The apartment includes one free private parking space, located inside the condominium, with a secure gate and easy building access. If you’re arriving with more than one car or a larger vehicle (like vans or large SUVs), you’ll also find free public parking available on street right in front of the building, or on nearby side streets. Parking is generally easy, especially outside of peak season. # Nearest airports: The closest airport is São José dos Campos Airport (SJK), about 160 km away; São Paulo–Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) is approximately 215 km from Ubatuba. Both routes can be covered by car, intercity bus, or private transfer. (( Tip for air travelers: You can take an executive bus or private transfer to Ubatuba’s bus station and from there use local transport to reach the apartment. Several tourist van services and private transport companies also offer direct airport-to-Ubatuba routes with advance booking. ))
