Relax in this cozy corner. Very well planned apartment, designed for short or long stays. Perfect for families or small groups of friends. Structure for up to 6 people (2 more children up to 10 years old can be added – maximum total of 8 guests). Just two blocks from Toninhas beach in a quiet and peaceful street. Bakery, market very close, in addition to being just over 5 km from the center of Ubatuba - Praia do Itaguá (shops, bars and restaurants)


The Ubatuba Environmental Preservation Fee came into effect in February 2023. The TPA is charged per vehicle / per day of stay in the city (from 4 hours onwards, a daily rate is charged). Payment can be made at various physical points throughout the city, online on the ECOUBATUBA website, and also directly using toll tags (for example, "without stopping").

In the intimate area of ​​the apartments we have:

- the social bathroom - Room with 2 bunk beds

- Suite with double bed and balcony door to the balcony.

(All rooms with built-in closets)

- We have air conditioning in the living room/dining room, bedroom and two suites; and ceiling fans in the living room and in the suite (for security reasons, it was decided not to install the ceiling fan in the room with the bunk beds)

- PROTECTION SCREENS were installed on all windows/balcony, glass closure on the balcony (thus ensuring the enjoyment of this area even in windy and rainy weather) and roller blinds on the entire balcony (ensuring more comfort in the afternoon with the sun facing the apartment)


Our guests will have access to our entire unit, they will be able to use the two previously demarcated parking spaces, the swimming pool, the steam room and the rest area that are on the roof terrace

** IN NO WAY CAN PETS MOVE THROUGH THE ROOM COMMON AREA OF THE CONDOMINIUM (GARAGE, CORRIDORS, ELEVATOR OR TERRACE).

They must remain inside the units. And on their way to the sidewalk, they should preferably be on their tutor's lap.

Se o HÓSPEDE quiser, pode optar em fazer a reserva com horário estendido, nestes casos o HÓSPEDE deverá entrar em contato com o ANFITRIÃO. Não é obrigatório que o HÓSPEDE informado em contrato faça o atendimento de check-in. O mesmo poderá nomear por escrito outro integrante do grupo para receber as chaves, para que seja feito o atendimento até no máximo 18:00hrs em horário comercial. -- CADASTRO: será solicitado ao HÓSPEDE responsável que preencha e assine o termo de entrada. Nele, solicitaremos os dados e cópia (foto ou pdf) do documento de identidade de todos que irão se hospedar no apartamento. Sem esse dados, não será autorizada a entrada na unidade. -- ANIMAIS DE ESTIMAÇÃO: Podemos receber nossos pets em nosso apartamento. O HÓSPEDE será responsável em trazer “caminha”, tigelas para alimentação, etc. Será cobrada, diretamente pelo site, a TAXA DE HIGIENIZAÇÃO no valor total de R$250,00, uma única vez por hospedagem. Caso o pet cause algum dano ao imóvel (estofados, cortinas, móveis, etc.) será acionado o seguro da plataforma (no caso de Airbnb, Booking). Se o valor do reparo ou substituição do item danificado for maior do valor repassado pelo seguro, a diferença será cobrada do HÓSPEDE. -- ROUPAS DE CAMA | TOALHAS | COBERTORES O apartamento possuí 08 (oito) travesseiros disponíveis para uso dos hóspedes. NÃO DISPONIBILIZAMOS NO IMÓVEL ROUPAS DE CAMA, TOALHAS E COBERTORES. É de responsabilidade do HÓSPEDE e demais hóspedes trazerem esses itens pessoais. (( temos parceiros que fazer a locação do enxoval (jogo de lençol e toalha de banho | mantas de microfibra). Caso precise, nos acione com antecedência para podermos solicitar o orçamento e a reserva para a data da viagem)) -- DEVOLUÇÃO DO IMÓVEL: O hóspede deve manter o imóvel bem cuidado, na vigência da locação. O imóvel deve ser devolvido ORGANIZADO. -- ACOMODAÇÕES: Total de acomodações: 06 (seis) pessoas, podendo ser acrescentado até 2 crianças de 0 até 10 anos (custos adicionais). NÃO ACEITAMOS MAIS EXCEDENTES, pois seguimos as regras da convenção interna do condomínio que estipula número máximo de hóspedes por unidade com relação ao número de quartos. Se, porventura, esse número seja ultrapassado, a unidade em questão fica passível de multa. Caso esta ocorra, ela será repassa integralmente ao HÓSPEDE responsável.
